Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges. If any of your items are damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours. We kindly ask that you send us a video of you unboxing your package as proof. 

If approved for refund, please send us the damaged item in its proper packaging. Once we receive the package, we will refund the money.
